The M3 Education Curriculum​

This Curriculum is a two day course comprising of five core disciplines – Physiotherapy, Mobility, Exercise Physiology and Programming, Nutrition, and Psychology. You will hear from five different presenters to give you a unique perspective on how everything influences and interacts with each other.

Who Is It For?

The Curriculum is specifically designed for Personal Trainers and Health Professionals to assist in your current practice and overall client goal(s) and outcomes.

Note: The first day focuses on all the physical parameters (i.e. assessment, mobility, and programming) whilst the second day focuses on behavioural applications (i.e. nutrition and psychology).

The Barbell Curriculum

This Curriculum is divided into two series with varying levels:

The two curriculums involve The Big Three exercises = Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press & the Weightlifting movements = Clean and Jerk, and Snatch.

The Big Three

Level 1) The Big Three: Learning how to perform the Deadlift, Squat, and Bench movements to maximise your coaching experience and knowledge.

Level 2) The Big Three: Learning how to teach the Deadlift, Squat, and Bench movements to better serve your clients experience by improving performance and preserving the rate of injury.

Weightlifting

Level 1) Weightlifting: Learning how to perform the Clean and Jerk, and Snatch movements to maximise your coaching experience and knowledge.

Level 2) Weightlifting: Learning how to teach the Clean and Jerk, and Snatch movements to better serve your clients experience by improving performance and preserving the rate of injury.
