About the Coach

Daniel Lucchini, or as we call him ‘D-Looch’ is a holistic strength and conditioning coach with expertise in athletic performance, mobility and strength training. Along with a Masters in Exercise Science, he is a nationally accredited powerlifting coach who’s led athletes to the international stage. He has blended his knowledge of mobility training, athletic performance and powerlifting to help you become a well-rounded powerlifting specialist.

Module 1 – Breathing and Bracing
